This is a beginners course of 10 weekly one-hour classes. A careful class, suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, it concentrates on spinal alignment, use of the breath and the gradual development of core strength. At the end students will be ready to move up a Level, and will be feeling and noticing significant benefits.
The course can be started in any week during term, and runs for 10 consecutive term-time weeks. Classes are in Islington (EC1) on Wednesday evenings at either 6pm or 7pm, and there is also a class on Saturday afternoons at 3.45pm in Marylebone (NW1) which can be used as an alternative. Students can pick whichever of these classes is most convenient each week.
2012 term dates are from 4 Jan -13 Mar (Winter term), 15 Apr - 23 Jun (Spring term), 1 July - 29 Sep with breaks 29 Jul - 11 Aug and 17 - 24 Sep (Summer term), and 1 Oct - 9 Dec (Autumn term).
