This course helps students to improve their reading writing and communication skills and helps with next step planning. It is suitable for students currently working at entry level or level 1 and will provide the opportunity to gain entry level 3 or level 1 in Functional Skills English. Course content: Reading Writing Speaking & Listening Spelling Grammar After this course: Progression to a higher level programme. (Support will be offered to those who wish to access further training within the wider community).
No formal entry requirements but you will be required to take the initial College assessment to make sure you are at the right level for the course.
