This course offers participants an awareness on the latest developments in direct taxes which give rise to planning opportunities and pitfalls that they and their clients need to exploit or avoid. It covers personal tax, employment tax, business income tax, corporation tax as it affects working shareholders, capital gains tax relief's and opportunities, inheritance tax mitigation, administration issues and developments on tax enquiries. The course includes 3 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
