About this course

In this course, participants will learn to prepare a wide selection of cakes served in restaurants, patisserie shops and tearooms - through to classic and contemporary French desserts, advanced techniques in chocolate and sugar-work. It comprises Basic Patisserie, Intermediate Patisserie and Superior Patisserie courses. This professional training will give participants a thorough knowledge of finest French Patisseries.

Additional entry requirements

Participants should have completed High School Diploma if they are from USA or CAD; High School Certificate if they are Japan; GCSEs if they are form UK and CAP or Baccalaureate if they are from France or equivalent or mature participant status.
