Paragon Skills for Industry is the largest independent training provider in the South of England. Established in 1998, the organisation has experienced consistent growth since and now has seven skills centres to meet the requirements of businesses large and small across Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, the South West and the West of England.

Training is all about improving your employees so that they have the skills required to keep customers happy. This can be achieved through a number of different ways. Paragon offers Apprenticeships to young people, which enable employers to ‘grow their own’ with the support of our experienced assessors and tutors. Apprenticeships include work towards a relevant NVQ. But employees don’t have to take the Apprenticeship route to achieve an NVQ as these can be delivered on a commercial basis or with funding through the Government’s Train to Gain service. Whichever route is appropriate, we will ensure that qualifications and assessments are tailored to the needs of your company.
