Course Description
The aim of the study is to provide the opportunity for exceptionally talented students to extend their ideas and ability. Artists learn by watching each other work and talking to one another; contact with students from other disciplines within the college is invaluable in this respect.
Course Fees
Fees for 2007/08 were £4,550. Tuition fee levels for 2008/9 and 2009/10 have yet to be decided.

Entry Requirements
Part One: No paintings or portfolios should be submitted for the first part of the selection process. Candidates should submit no more than fifteen 35mm slides of paintings or other works including, if possible, a few examples of earlier work. Each slide should have the candidate's name and number on the bottom left-hand corner which indicates how, and in which order, the slides should be viewed. Only 35mm slides should be submitted at this stage. Part Two: Candidates invited to attend the second part of the entrance examination will be asked to bring up to four works with dimensions not exceeding two meters by two and a half metres, or up to six works if their average sixes is less. Sketch books and notebooks may also be included, but should be limited to those which are relevant to recent work.
