P3O® guidance assists organisations to realise strategic objectives by providing services and tools to plan, resource, enable and control successful delivery of change into operational environments and by providing consistent governance. Implementing P3O® guidance allows organisations to gain an understanding of the levels of risk, cost and time involved in delivering the portfolio of change by establishing a ‘single source of truth’. The successful completion of the Foundation examinations will give you a recognised Foundation qualification. We are a Registered Education Provider for PMI and this course carries 20 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
