Oxford is a medium-sized city which is home to a total student population of over 30,000. As a result, students will find a youthful and cosmopolitan atmosphere and plenty of things to see and do. One of the many advantages of studying at Oxford is the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a large international University whilst living in a smaller college community. Oxford students come from all kinds of schools, backgrounds and countries, and all candidates are considered on the basis of their own individual merits and potential.
Oxford was rated the best UK University in the recent survey conducted by EducationGuardian – this assessed teaching quality, staff-student ratios and graduate job prospects.
Facilities
The laboratory has a large network of up-to-date workstations for practical work; the network is accessible from colleges and many student rooms, and from the global internet.
