Learn about the process of creating a clean and palatable juice from apples, pears and apple/damsons. Recieve advice on options for Juicing equipment and how to use it. Have a go using a vigo hand press on the day! Also guidance on the requirements of statutory bodies. Production of a HASOP report and flo chart. The workshop will include a tour of the young orchard at Sunny Orchard farm. The certified organic apples are just beginning to produce a marketable crop and the smallholder made a batch of cider from windfalls/bruised apples last year.
