This course will be for senior team members who have the responsibility to train others on elements of their day-to-day job. They will focus on adopting a standard approach to training on a one-to-one basis that takes into account different learning styles and improved retention of knowledge. By the end of this course participants will be able to: understand how people learn differently; identify the most effective way to train individuals; set clear objectives for one-to-one training; adopt a common and systematic approach to one-to-one training; demonstrate learning through practical application.
