Nottingham Language Academy is a small independent language school situated in the heart of England in the vibrant and cosmopolitan City of Nottingham.

We offer a wide range of daytime, evening and weekend courses so that you can choose to learn a language when it suits you.  Our one to one lessons and bespoke courses are specially tailored to the language training needs of businesses.

Learn a Modern Foreign Language
There are many reasons why learning a foreign language is a great idea. Courses start 3 times per year, and you can study at a time to suit you - we offer Saturday mornings (Survival and Tasters), weekday mornings (all levels) and weekday evenings (all levels). If you prefer, you can take one-to-one classes at times to suit you.

There are a wide range of practical English language courses. We offer high quality teaching with flexible study options, in a beautiful environment designed to develop your confidence and increase your motivation. Whether your goal is to improve your job prospects, get a place at university, pass an English language exam, live and work abroad, improve your English for business purposes, adapt to life in the UK or travel and see the world, we have a course to suit you.

We offer General English during the day and evenings, English for Business in the evening and weekends, and English for Exams courses during the day and weekends.  We offer Academic English courses to college and university students who require support with their studies in order to improve your grades. If you prefer, you can take one-to-one classes at times to suit you. Our Life in the UK exam preparation courses will help you to pass the test at the first sitting.

Location

We are situated in The Ropewalk, the city's premier professional district overlooking the lovely upmarket residential Park Estate. Close by are theatres, cinemas, award -winning restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as antiques, art and jewellery shops. We are just a short walk from the main retail centre with over 1,000 independent shops, designer boutiques and high street favourites.

The Academy is a short walk to major bus and tram routes  and the main railway station.  There is plentiful on-street parking which is free after 6pm.
