What will you gain? Upon successful completion of this course and probationary period- you will have achieved the status of RLSS Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor Unit 1.The course is structured in the following way; Day 1 : Unit 1 Train The Trainer 2nd September Day 2: Unit 2 Train The Assessor, Day 3 : Unit 3 Delivery of Basic Life Support, Day 4/5 : Unit 4 Specialist Pool Lifeguard Unit, Following the course, we will ensure that you are supported in your probationary period to achieve full pool lifeguard trainer assessor status. We can either do this by delivering one of your own courses or you can be mentored on one of the courses which active training network deliver working with the existing trainer's. We will endeavor for you to achieve your status within a year.
