What will I achieve An NVQ Level 3 in Ladies Hairdressing upon successful completion of the course Who is the programme. For students who have achieved a level 2 NVQ qualification and are working commercially on the shop floor running a column of clients. Course content * G22 - Monitor procedures to safely control work operations * G18 - Promote additional products or services to clients * G21 - Provide hairdressing consultation services * GH16 - Creatively cut hair using a combination of techniques * GH17 - Colour hair using variety of techniques * GH18 - Provide colour correction services * GU19 - Creatively style and dress hair * GH20 - Creatively dress long hair * G11 - Contribute to the financial planning of the business.
Students will be screened to check literacy and numeracy. In addition, if English is not the first language, applicants will be asked to do a Diagnostic Test. This will determine the appropriate course and level for each student.
