This course is designed for participants who wish to enter the hospitality industry in front of house in a supervisory capacity. They will also have the opportunity of taking the British Innkeepers Institute (BII) National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. It is also available for international participants.
Participants should have completed BTEC Level 2 in Hospitality, NVQ Level 2 in Multiskilled Hospitality Service, NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service orOther recognised UK and overseas related FE Level 2 awards.
