In this course, students will learn through a combination of practical delivery, group work, demonstrations and self-study. This practical programme will provide them with an excellent foundation for pursuing a career in the catering industry. They may progress to the NVQ 2 in professional cookery or the diploma in professional cookery.
Students will need to have a short basic skills assessment and an interview to demonstrate their enthusiasm.
