This course will provide the opportunity to develop personal skills such as communication and confidence in speaking to clients. It covers units that include: ensure their own actions reduce risks to health and safety, assist with salon reception duties, contribute to the development of effective working relationships, prepare and maintain the beauty therapy area, assist with facial treatments, assist with day make-up and assist with nail services.
