This course provides intensive training focusing on techniques employed by the professional actor in the world of musical theatre and techniques used in full-time drama training focusing on musical theatre. It is structured with skills based training in the mornings followed by afternoon rehearsals towards an informal end of course presentation. During the skills based sessions the student will work with a selection of invited directors, actors, musical directors and choreographers. The sessions will include: acting technique, song presentation, individual singing lessons and a variety of singing and dance masterclasses, and a theatre trip.
