This course provides a route to drama schools, university or careers in leisure entertainment. Develop your performance skills, take part in theatre productions and learn about the industry. The Level 3 Certificate is equivalent to 1 AS level qualification and contains 3 units of practical performance study including Performing to an Audience.
Grade D GCSE English plus 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including Drama or Dance, or A BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Performing Arts with a GCSE grade D in English/Level 1 in Functional Skills English. Evidence of dance or drama experience (e.g. RAD or IDTA grades) will be considered. Entry is subject to interview/audition.
