Course Description
This course is for computer and design-literate individuals who want a career in commercial web applications. It is for those seeking work in organisations whose main focus is business conducted with Internet-based multimedia technologies. The course is suitable for recent graduates in computer science or related subjects that contain significant use of computer applications. It comprises various topics including the web; e-business infrastructure; communication design; human computer interaction (HCI); application modelling and design; e-business and e-learning applications; XML; the semantic web. This course gives students the opportunity to develop the professional, technical and management skills that equip you for major responsibilities in organisations that use emerging technologies.
Course Fees
Full-time typically £4,920; part-time typically £2,050 a stage for certificate and diploma stages, plus £800 for masters stage

Assessment method
Continuous assessment takes place during this course. There are no examinations. An examination is taken to gain each Macromedia certification.
Entry Requirements
Normally a good honours degree in a course that contains a significant proportion of computing. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Applications will be considered from experienced professional web developers and designers based on their work experience and any other formal qualifications.
