This course is aimed at participants who wish to become a CIArb Accredited Mediator, and who want to represent clients in mediation. It is also beneficial to those who wish to use mediation skills in their current profession. It provides a more balanced and innovative approach to mediation training, not seen in any other UK training. The training not only gives them the right skill set, but also prepares them for building an independent ADR practice and it is therefore suited to aspiring mediators, conflict resolution professionals, and arbitrators looking to broaden their ADR practice offering. On completion, they can progress onto module 2 - mediation accreditation assessment.
