On this course you will learn how to create a Fascinator from lovely feathers, trimmings, beads, crystals and ribbons and a cocktail hat via blocking sinamay, wiring edging and trimming with fabrics, your third challenge will be to put all these skills into practice and create a sculptural hat for Ascot or all those summer weddings.
