Middlesex University offers a varied range of taught and research led
postgraduate courses that can easily be studied full or part time. We are renowned for our constantly updated, modern and innovative programmes. Many of these offer strong links with industry and the professional world and often carry sought after accreditation from professional bodies.
The most recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) rated over 77% of research at Middlesex as 'internationally recognised' and in 2007 we were ranked third in London for Teaching and Learning (HEFCE). We are also the only university in the UK to establish a network of international offices across the world, offering support to prospective students throughout the application process and moving to the UK.
We have over 6,000 postgraduate students across three campuses in north London. Our teaching, education and performance arts courses are based at our vibrant and lively Trent Park campus set amongst a picturesque landscape of lakes and woods close to key transport links, while our specialist healthcare centre is in Archway and from this location takes advantage of strong links with four London hospitals.
Our flagship Hendon campus, where our business, law, social sciences, computing and art, design and media courses are taught, has benefited heavily from over £180 million invested in recent years. The latest addition to the campus is a world class centre for Art, Design and Media opening in September 2011 featuring purpose-built studios and workshops equipped with the latest technologies.
This new centre joins a thriving modern student hub, The Forum which houses activity spaces with food outlets and pool tables, as well as sports facilities including a modern gym complete with Olympic standard weight lifting studio. The glazed roof of College building at the heart of the campus adds an inspiring meeting, social and event space, surrounded by bespoke lecture theatres and seminar rooms.
