The course is a collaboration between the Lancashire Law School and the Centre for Professional Ethics and builds on a combination of law and medical ethics, philosophy and social science.
Include: Ethics; the law and ethics of euthanasia; issues surrounding the beginning of life; the law governing medical decision making and clinical negligence; options include: genetics; mental health and privacy; non-law graduates take a module in legal skills.
