This course is designed to allow entry into higher education. This course consists of 21 NQ units, which allow the student to achieve the equivalent of an SQA higher grade in computing, English and mathematics. It covers topics such as computer hardware and software, word processing, database, statistics or information retrieval skills, spreadsheets, communication, mathematics.
Candidates should be adults, with few or no qualifications, looking for a return to education. Selection is by interview.
