This is an open learning course which can be studied in your own time. Total study time is 160 hours, with 16 hours of tutor support available.
Course Fees
This course costs £200. (subsidised rate for students who have been resident in Scotland for 3 years). Examination registration and admin fee is an additional cost. Fee waivers may apply.

Equipment and Materials
Examination Fee is an additional cost. Depending on the syllabus, your final mark will depend on the results of the exam + an assessment of your coursework (which consists of two investigational and practical tasks). Exam is available in June and November. Entries for the examination should be received by the end of December / September.
