This course will include practical demonstrations to give students inspiration for summer entertaining to incorporate: seasonality recipes include new and exciting herbs, tasty tips for utilising olive oil and dressings, berry tempting dessert ideas, bringing bright and colourful commodities together to produce and present exciting and innovative summer menu ideas. They will also have the chance to cook and sample these dishes, followed by discussion and an evaluation.

the course was an excellent introduction into looking into hardware fault finding on a pc. several pc's were set-up with different errors in the casing. (in my case, one of the pins was bent on the processor, so the pc wouldn't boot!!) a ve...more
