This is an intensive 1-day course designed to expand your knowledge and understanding of women's experiences during pregnancy. The practical element of this course focuses on adapting your massage skills to the changing anatomy and physiology of the body and how to deal with muscular aches and pains specific to pregnancy. This course also covers contra-indications, infertility, labour and natural ways to help the variety of problems that may be experienced during pregnancy.
Students are required to hold a level 3 massage qualification.
