Established in 2009 by a team of adult education instructors (and working professional photographers) The Mango Lab aims to generate a high quality learning experience at an adult (and teen) education level. Small course numbers, clean and modern studio settings, briefs that are fresh and exciting and post-course social networks and events make this boutique-style learning centre a hub of activity.

Once you enter through the gates off Bassein Park Road you find yourself nestled in a tropical tree courtyard surrounded by adjoining artists' studios. The drive of the city slows itself down and you are greeted by enthusiastic tutors, who not only know their subject areas but are committed to your having a fulfilling learning experience.

The Mango Lab is involved in community and outreach projects utilising the creative arts in social and philanthropic areas. Either customising a brief to suit a client's needs or curating a show, our tutors are passionate about engaging the creative process with as many people as possible.
