About this course

This course is for anyone who needs to understand programme management and the practical application of MSP. By the end of this course participants will: understand the differences between programmes and projects; understand the need for programme management; become familiar with the Principles, Governance Themes Transformational Flow as described in the MSP - 2007 Edition "best practice" model; be able to apply MSP; have prepared for and taken the MSP Foundation Paper and, if successful, the MSP Practitioner paper.
