This progression route has been designed to cater for the demand by students who have completed 3 years of higher education study through advanced and higher diploma programmes and HND�s in their home country and wish to add value to their qualifications by completing their final year studies in the UK and converting their existing qualifications into an Honours level degree; a valuable aspect of the programme is the opportunity for students to engage in a work based independent study project that combines work related experience in a UK business with an assessed research project.
Modules include: Language and power in the workplace; managing and researching organisations in cross-cultural contexts; management and leadership; effective communication in international management; management in the workplace; strategic management; independent study module.
