Course Description
This course is for individuals who wish to undergo personal development, with a process of rigorous management education and the attainment of knowledge and skills to enhance performance in employment. Year One: Management Theory and Practice, Management Environment, Human Resource Management, Postgraduate Study and Learning, Marketing Management and Accounting and Finance. Year two: Introduction to Strategic Management, Managing Change and Complexity, Business and Management, Research Methods, Strategic Management and Exploring Management Theory. There is also the option to study Business Ethics.

Assessment method
Assessment is by a rigourous schedule of assignments. There is no examination.

Entry Requirements
Candidates need a recognised UK first degree, BTEC HND or HNC, NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent professional qualification or business, managerial, professional or technical experience deemed to be appropriate for this programme of study.
