The English Language Institute (ELI), a section of London City College, is accredited by the British Council and is a member of ARELS, the association for language schools which have undergone and passed the rigorous inspections necessary for British Council accredited. London is one of the world’s outstanding cultural and commercial centres and it provides the perfect setting in which to learn and develop English Language skills. Studying English at ELI would be the first step on a structured, successful and enjoyable learning programme culminating in an American or British academic or professional qualification.

Shipping today is in a period of continuous change. It is driven by investment in new tonnage, development in E-commerce, rising professional standards at all levels of management, more focus on trade and shipping, by governments changing legal environment, more emphasis in marketing, ship finance and logistics, privatisation of sea ports and more focus in Maritime economics. Above all the managers today must be adequately equipped to handle such a situation and develop viable strategies.

The New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling is based in Waterloo, London, and its postgraduate programmes are validated by Sheffield University. We have a four year existential psychotherapy training leading to a Master's Degree, although students can exit the programme at various stages (Postgraduate Diploma, Postgraduate Certificate or Foundation year).

Location
The Centre is ideally situated in the heart of London next to the River Thames and Britain's largest cultural centre, the South Bank Complex. We are within a mile of the Houses of Parliament and there is direct access to all parts of London. The close proximity to the Eurostar Terminal at Waterloo offers easy access to destinations across Europe. It is also within walking distance of the famous 'London Eye'.

Facilities
London City College is part of the Royal Waterloo Centre, a six story self-contained building housing extensive educational facilities including a study library, bookshop, cafeteria, restaurant and computer room.
