Welcome to London Academy, the UK's leading provider, and world leader of media and entertainment vocational short courses. Our focus is to help aspiring actors, TV presenters, photographers, make-up artists, filmmakers and many others gain employment within the media and entertainment industry. Over 200 professional staff and celebrities spanning 40 years in the media film and television industry work at the Academy.
With over 100 part-time, evening, day and weekend courses to choose from, you can mix and match any module or course to suit your own goal. All courses are designed to give the prospective student exactly what they are looking for. Students can enrol on several modules and courses to create their own unique style of learning. All courses are merited with an industry-recognised diploma, a DVD show reel and most importantly you will meet new friends and strike up creative projects with your fellow students.
Past students appear or work behind the scenes on national daytime TV as well as local programmes, corporate videos and commercials. London Academy offers an unrivalled vocational experience, guaranteed to satisfy the most eager and demanding of all students who desire a successful media career.
It is advised to book at least six weeks in advance to safeguard a place. We accept students from the age of 16 upwards, and the average age of students attending courses are between 22-45. International students are also welcome to attend. Enrolling on a course is best done online for secure and fast processing or you may call the bookings office on 0871 566 1631. Lines are sometimes very busy.
