This innovative course brings together many aspects of nutrition in a very holistic approach. It covers: anatomy and physiology, vitamins, minerals, tissue salts, fatty acids, effects of stress on the body, women's disorders, food combining, weight control and loss, anti-ageing formulas, pre or post menopausal, zenoestrogens, effects of relaxation and exercise, anorexia, obesity, hypoglycemia, food intolerances, applied kinesiology and iris diagnoses for further observation. On successful completion participants will also gain a College Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.
