ITQ is for you if you are looking to acquire IT skills so that you can do your job more effectively and productively or you are looking for a recognised qualification for better job prospects. This qualification will give you the Level 2 (advanced) skills in PC maintenance and is a direct progression route from completing a Level 1 ITQ. Units covered: 201: Improving Productivity Using IT, 203: Setup an IT System, 204: Optimise IT System Performance, 205: IT Security for Users and 206: IT Communication Fundamentals.
Students will be expected to complete some form of Level 1 to Level 2 qualification in Literacy or Numeracy if they do not have equivalent or higher already.

we are now eight weeks into this course and the college have failed to provide a teacher for the 4 hour practicals so a lab technician with pigeon english is taking it instead.but that is only part of our problems....more
