This course covers topics: safe handling and restraint, correct bathing for coat type, use of drying equipment, simple trimming and hand stripping of the coat for a variety of different breeds of dogs.
Participants should have some work experience in a grooming parlour to gain additional experience with the handling and control of dogs.

The tutors of this course are all very good and are enthusitic. You do not need a lot of knoledge about horticulture before doing this course. There can be a lot of work to be done at times, but a lot of this course is practical....more
