Business law and practice, civil and criminal litigation, property law and practice; the course skills (interviewing and advising, practical legal research, writing, drafting and advocacy); the additional areas (solicitors accounts, professional conduct and regulation, wills and administration of estates, taxation); plus 3 vocational electives: acquisitions; advanced criminal litigation; banking and capital markets; charity law; commercial law; commercial litigation & dispute resolution; commercial property; corporate finance; employment law; family law and practice; intellectual property and competition law; media and entertainment law; personal injury and clinical negligence; private client (estate planning); public childcare and housing law practice.
