My mission is to introduce people to the continued benefits of studying shotokan karate with the Japan Karate Association. You will get fit, get flexible, and be confident that you can defend yourself when it matters. We are a small friendly club dedicated to training hard, helping and respecting eachother.

Learn karate in a special 12 week course. Learn how to punch, kick, & block with power and be confident you can defend yourself when it matters. Price includes a karate suit. After 12 lessons you will be eligible to take your first (orange) belt. Black belt (3rd dan) instructor affiliated to the world renowned Japan Karate Association (JKA).
Minimum age 10 years, no maximum age
