This course provides participants with the knowledge and understanding of the requirements set down by the regulatory bodies to lead and manage a quality provision. It comprises four mandatory units and four optional units and is completed through formal lessons on a weekly basis and workplace observations. They will learn through a variety of teaching methods including professional discussion, seminars, one-to-one tutorials, presentations, group, paired and individual work, and research and independent study.
Participants should be employed in a managerial or supervisory position in the workplace.
