This course creates leaders able to improve quality of care and act as effective change agents; throughout the programme reflection is applied to determine the type of leader students are; the type of leader they aspire to be (and why); and the action that is taken to further leadership development; this is supported by group work, debate, action learning sets and student-led seminars to create a learning community conducive to critical reflection.
