This course will develop students understanding of what it is like to work in the land-based sector. This course is for people with learning disabilities.

Assessment method
Assessment is through practical assessments and assignments. There is an external test for literacy and numeracy.

Entry Requirements
Students should have completed Entry 3 level or lower GCSE level grades F and G as a minimum, in order to cope with the course. Enthusiasm and interest are also important. Whether the course is suitable for them will be discussed with them at a guidance interview. Satisfactory references will also be required.
