This is an intensive course. You work towards the NCFE Level 2 Cabin Crew qualification and a Level 2 Hospitality Skills qualification. This is a practical course and is designed to give you a full understanding of the skills and competencies required.
At least 2 GCSE's grades A-D or equivalent (including English). Good understanding of English and good numeracy skills are essential. High Entry 3 Literacy and Numeracy minimum. You will need to be at least 18 years of age by the end of the course.

we are now eight weeks into this course and the college have failed to provide a teacher for the 4 hour practicals so a lab technician with pigeon english is taking it instead.but that is only part of our problems....more

The computers do not have enough software installed for us to complete certain aspects of our course. The teachers are fine . This college has given me great satisfaction overal all...more
