Kingston College is a major provider for further and
higher education in Kingston upon Thames. Situated in a thriving town centre,
Kingston College provides students with a friendly and stimulating environment for study. Over the past few years the range of courses on offer has broadened in order that the curriculum meets the everchanging needs of students and industry.
Offering both academic and vocational courses from Levels 1 to 5, over 8,000 students currently benefit from its professional approach to learning. Indeed, more than 500 students each year take up places at university.

For 16 to 19 years olds there is the traditional route of GCSE and A Level study. To complement this,
Kingston College offers Awards, Certificates and Diplomas at all levels in a wide variety of subject areas including Art and Design, Business, ICT, Early Years, Engineering, Health and Social Care, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and the Performing Arts.
The College runs a popular and varied
adult education syllabus that offers opportunities for adults returning to study or work or for those wanting to gain qualifications to enhance
career prospects/career change.
Where English is not their first language,
Kingston College offers students English as a Foreign/Second Language (EFL/ESL) courses from elementary to advanced levels. A further
adult education programme is on offer, run in partnership with Chessington Community College. Short course areas include Computing and IT, Early Years, Hairdressing, Health and Social Care, and Science.
The number of
higher education courses available at
Kingston College is rapidly expanding, with over 30 courses currently available. Courses include Higher National Certificates and Diplomas, Foundation Degrees as well as BA (Honours). Areas of study include Art and Design, Business and Finance, Computing and IT, Early Years, Engineering, Management and Marketing, Performing Arts, Science, Sport and Teaching.
