This course is designed for young people who have a lively interest in cooking and wish to develop professional cookery skills and techniques relevant to the hospitality and catering industry. Students will be taught cookery skills commencing with vegetable cuts and soups to develop their knife skills and they will then learn how to prepare and cook different types of cuisine with an around the world theme.
