Required modules: Concepts & contexts of special & inclusive education; Social, emotional & behavioural development in children with speech, language & communication needs. Students will also take two modules at City University: Evidence based practice; Language, learning & development. Examples of optional modules: Leadership & management in special education; Literacy development; Reading & spelling difficulties.

Entry Requirements
A relevant degree with second class honours or above, plus a teaching qualification or a professional qualification in speech & language therapy. Applicants should be able to provide evidence of two year's experience of educational settings and/or in special educational needs, working with children with speech, language & communication difficulties.
