Sandra is a highly skilled and experienced Presentation and Communication Skills trainer and coach. She has worked in several blue chip organisations in the telecommunications sector, including BT, O2 and Cellnet, where she has held a variety of management roles, including customer service as well as specialist consultant roles within Learning & Development. Sandra is CIPD qualified, holds an NVQ in training and development and is a trained actress with a degree in Theatre Arts. She continues to act and direct and runs her own Theatre in Education Company. Sandra has designed and delivered a broad portfolio of Presentation Skills programmes drawing on her communications / event management experience, to provide expert coaching for speakers and presenters at all levels in an organisation.
