This course is an innovative programme designed for new users of Microsoft Project. Participants will learn how to create a simple Project plan file and establish the basic fundamentals of task entry, adding relationships between tasks, the project calendar, outlining and printing Gantt charts. Topics covered include: the project interface, creating a task list, task duration, entering milestones, editing the task list, linking tasks, constraints, deadline dates, project calendars, adding structure, basic resource allocation, printing gantt charts and printing standard reports.
