The macrobiotic diet has established a reputation for its great health benefits with a varied cuisine that is both healthy and delicious; including amazing soups, grain, bean, vegetable and other wholefood recipes, as well as sumptuous desserts which are sugar and dairy free.
Our food and how we cook it are key to us enjoying health and realising our full potentials in this lifetime. Oliver will introduce the great benefits and basic principles of macrobiotic cooking, and Debbie will show you how to create delicious macrobiotic food which we shall then eat!
