Introduction to British Sign Language
This course is aimed at beginners and will introduce you to the world of British Sign Language.With friendlly, professinally trained teachers you will cover everyday topics in BSL and at the end of the course learners will be able to hold a basic conversation in BSL with deaf people and have some awareness of Deaf Culture. Topic areas include; everyday words, hobbies, family and work.
From here you can go on to do your BSL level 1 where you can gain an awarded certificate.
Introduction to British Sign language is a fantastic oppurtunity for those who are looking to improve their CV or language skills and for those whos who do not feel totally cofident starting BSL level 1 straight away. Attending will boost your confidence and give you a brand enw life skill.
No previous experiences required.
