By the end of this course, learners will have gained an appreciation of the principles, tools and techniques of project management, established the importance of people in the delivery of projects, realised the benefits of project management when introducing change and practised the knowledge acquired. The course covers the project concept, planning and organising, risk management, implementation and monitoring and change management.
